We collect information you provide directly: email address, RSI handle, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and listings viewed.
We use your information to: process transactions, send order confirmation and delivery emails, display your RSI handle to sellers during checkout, maintain your account, and improve the Platform.
We share your RSI handle with sellers to facilitate item delivery. We share payment data with Stripe for transaction processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data if required by law.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Order history and account data are retained for a minimum of 2 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and opt out of marketing emails. Contact us at support@stardeckmarket.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no system is 100% secure.
We use: Stripe (payments — privacy policy), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each has their own privacy policy.
StarDeck is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support@stardeckmarket.com.
